Centre for General Practice Integration Studies (CGPIS)
A member of the UNSW Research Centre for Primary Health Care and Equity in the Faculty of Medicine. CGPIS is based at the Randwick campus of the University of NSW.
Conducts research and evaluation on primary health care, particularly general practice, focussed on chronic disease prevention and management, information systems, organisational capacity, and health services integration. Works closely with policy makers, primary care organisations and NGOs to ensure that their research contributes directly to improvements in policy and practice.

Centre for Health Equity Training Research and Evaluation (CHETRE)
The Centre for Health Equity Training Research and Evaluation (CHETRE), was established in 1998 in collaboration with the Division of Population Health, Sydney South West Area Health Service, through a Research and Development Infrastructure Grant from NSW Health. CHETRE's mission is to provide leadership and focus in training, research and evaluation in the area of health equity, with a particular emphasis on the development and evaluation of interventions to reduce health inequities.

The South Australian Community Health Research Unit (SACHRU)
SACHRU contributes to improving the health of South Australian communities through assisting primary health care workers to undertake quality research and evaluation and conducting research to improve the effectiveness of primary health care. SACHRU provides support to a range of groups including community health services, government departments administering grants programs, community organisations, and others conducting primary health care projects, such as hospitals, and non-government organisations.
