If you are one of these many employees, or an employer looking to improve the life / work balance of your staff, here are some websites that you may find useful.

Established 17 years ago 'Managing Work | Life Balance International' boasts extensive local and international experience in the area of work/life balance, diversity management, flexible working, workplace behaviours and organisational change. Their range of resource material focuses on delivering practical solutions that meet the needs of business, employees and managers.

'Work/Life Association' is an Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to assisting the business community with creating and maximising options to help their workers juggle work and life commitments. They offer an invaluable guide to managers to put the theory into practice of work/life balance and provide an updated events list that highlights current work/life issues and details of forthcoming professional development events.

The United Kingdom website 'WorkSMART' aims to help today's working people get the best out of the world of work. They provide an abundance of information about your rights, your money, your health and your career and have tips on how to work smarter and improve the balance between life and work.

The Australian owned 'Assure Programs' website provides handouts and tips on a wide range of topics related to improving well-being, self development, communication and relationships as well as information for managers and leaders on how to get the best from your people.
