What are these Reports?
Divisions and SBOs are required to by the Department of Health and Ageing (under the National Quality and Performance System (NQPS) reporting framework) to submit Annual Plans and Reports as part of their funding agreement. What is in these NQPS Reports?
Details of report contents are available in the ‘Technical Details' documents, found on the Planning & Reporting Support pages <www.phcris.org.au/divisions/reporting/techdetails_home.php>. These are detailed documents, so to assist in browsing this information you can view it in a more interactive format via the ‘Indicators list' page <www.phcris.org.au/divisions/reporting/div/list.php>. This allows you browse to an indicator providing some detail and a link to the full ‘Technical details', which describes the indicator in full.
Where can I get the Report data?
Data from NQPS reports are not yet publicly available, but we hope this should change very shortly. The NQPS reporting framework was first used for reports in the 2005-06 financial year, using Microsoft Word. PHC RIS is working with the Department of Health and Aging to display these reports on the PHC RIS website as soon as possible. Reports for the following financial year (2006-07) will be completed online by many Divisions and SBOs, using processes developed by PHC RIS. The web platform should speed up processes for public display where appropriate, and make it easier for the Divisions Network and other stakeholders to use this vital source of information about the Division network.
