Annual Report 2002

We had a very productive year in 2002. Under our new name, the Primary Health Care Research & Information Service, we built on sound foundations laid down by the National Information Service since 1995, modifying our key functions in accordance with input from our Steering Committee and extensive internal reviews conducted in 2001. We have enhanced the content of our information, increased its accessibility and availability, and promoted our services in many ways. Extensive networking with our stakeholders continues to be a key function enabling PHCRIS to be responsive to their needs, and keep information relevant, available, accessible, timely and useful. This was only possible through the dedicated work of all the staff at PHCRIS and we thank them most sincerely for their conscientious efforts... view
