PHC RIS Assist
PHC RIS Assist phone line and email is a dedicated service for stakeholders to access advice on all PHC RIS products and services. The queries that came through this service are varied and cover most areas of PHC RIS. Most of the queries in 2006 came from Divisions of General Practice.
PHC RIS Assist phone
The PHC RIS Assist phone line has staff rostered from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. In 2006, we recorded 255 incoming and outgoing calls via the PHC RIS Assist number, an average of 21.25 calls per month. The busiest months for the PHC RIS Assist phone were in January, February, August, and September, with most calls pertaining to Division planning and reporting requirements in line with deadline schedules.

PHC RIS Assist email service
The PHC RIS Assist email service received 122 emails in 2006 about queries related to our products and services. The PHC RIS Assist email facility was also used as a generic email address for outgoing messages, such as:
- PHC RIS announcements, and
- Rolling survey participation requests.
