PHCRED Strategic Plan 2006-2009

In 2005 the Department of Health and Ageing developed a Strategic Plan for Phase Two of the PHCRED Strategy following a process of stakeholder consultation.
The Strategic Plan outlines the new vision and purpose for the Strategy as well as a set of clear goals and performance measures.
