PHCRED Strategic Plan 2006-2009

 

The Department of Health and Ageing has developed a Strategic Plan for Phase Two of the PHCRED Strategy following a process of stakeholder consultation in 2005.

The Strategic Plan outlines a new vision and purpose for the Strategy as well as a set of clear goals and performance measures.
