PHCRIS turns 20, let’s celebrate

20 August 2015

This week PHCRIS celebrates its 20th year of service to the primary health care community.

First established in 1995 as the National Information Service (NIS), then changing its name in 2001 to Primary Health Care Research and Information Service (PHCRIS), PHCRIS has focused on sharing the latest research and information in the field of primary health care.

The twenty year journey has seen many achievements.

Professor Ellen McIntyre, Director of PHCRIS for the past five years, sees this celebration not only as an opportunity to look back on the triumphs of the past, but to also look toward the future for primary health care research.

So have a piece of virtual birthday cake and join our celebration.
