Annual Survey of Divisions 2005-06 Demonstration

The Annual Survey of Divisions (ASD) is a comprehensive survey completed by all Divisions of General Practice in Australia to collect information on their membership, activities and infrastructure. Since 1997-1998 the Primary Health Care Research and Information Service (PHC RIS) has been contracted by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing to conduct the ASD.

PHC RIS has worked with the Department of Health and Ageing and the Divisions Network to review the content of the Annual Survey for 2005-06 and develop an on-line system for the ASD. The on-line survey will simplify the process of completing and submitting the survey, furthermore, it will speed up the processing of survey data
