Divisions Network Reporting: Division and SBO data 2005-06

Division and SBO 2005-06 12 Month Reports were completed in a Microsoft Word based pro forma prior to moving to an on-line reporting system in the following year. Due to privacy reasons, some personal information has been removed from the Reports before making them publicly available. PHC RIS has worked with the Department of Health and Ageing and members of the Divisions Network to help facilitate this process.
