Delegate sponsorship:

Sponsorship may be granted to delegates residing in Australia who would not normally be able to attend the Conference because of funding difficulties.
Applications will be open from 6 February to 26 April and successful applicants will be notified by 7 May.

REGISTRATION DESK:

The registration and information desk will be located in on Level 3 of the Hilton Sydney, and will be open at the following times:

Tuesday 9 July

1630 - 1900  

Wednesday 10 July

0730 - 1730  

Thursday 11 July

0730 - 1730  

Friday 12 July

0730 - 1700  

Upon arrival, please ensure you collect your Conference Handbook and name badge at the registration desk. Conference Logistics staff will be happy to assist you in any way they can.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Registration cancellations received in writing at the Conference Secretariat by 15 June 2013 will be accepted. Registration fees will be refunded less an AU$110 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded. However it is acceptable to transfer your registration to another person. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for nonattendance to the Conference. Any changes or cancellation to both registration and accommodation must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat conference@conlog.com.au or fax to 02 6285 1336. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

PHOTOGRAPHY:

Photography will be taken of delegates and sessions during the conference and used on the PHCRIS website. Please advise the conference secretariat or indicate on your registration if you are not happy to have photos taken of you.

ACCOMMODATION:

Special accommodation rates have been secured for delegates for the Conference.  Accommodation can be booked when registering for the conference. (All rates are per room per night)

Payment of Fees

All Conference and function payments must be received prior to the Conference. If payment for your registration type (eg. Early bird 17 May 2013) is not received by the cut-off date, your registration type will automatically be changed to the next registration level.

Privacy

Information necessary for your attendance at the Conference will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Legislation. A participant list with name, organisation, state, email address, mobile number and Twitter user name will be supplied to all Conference attendees. If you do not consent to the Conference providing your information for these purposes, please indicate this on the privacy box on the registration form.

Special requirements

Every effort will be made to ensure people with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance, catering or arrangements to be made on your behalf, please include a notation on your registration form under the section 'Special Requirements'.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that, when registering for the Conference and booking travel, a travel insurance policy be taken out to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover etc. for any reason. PHCRIS and the Conference Secretariat do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
