2010 PHC Research Conference: Evaluation

An excellent balance: evaluation of the 2010 PHC Research Conference

The 2010 PHC Research Conference provided a forum for the presentation of research relevant to Australian primary health care and health reform. The theme was Primary health care research and health reform: Improving care.

The Conference brought together 385 delegates consisting of researchers, decision makers, policy makers, practitioners and consumers to listen, share, discuss, network and socialise. With three plenary sessions, four workshops and six symposia, two breakfast meetings, 132 papers and over 131 poster presenters, ideas and information flowed in abundance.

The conference evaluation was done entirely on-line in keeping with our green policy. The response rate was 57%.

For more feedback and comments about the workshops, plenary sessions, concurrent paper sessions and other aspects of this conference, please view the full conference evaluation report.
